Where they started
The clinic offered a wide range of treatments but ranked for almost none of them individually. Everything lived on one long services page, which meant a search for a specific treatment landed on a page covering fourteen others — poor relevance for search engines and poor experience for a patient trying to understand one procedure. National chains with heavy budgets owned the broad terms, and competing head-on for those was never going to be affordable.
What we did
We built a dedicated page for each treatment, structured around the questions patients actually ask before booking: what it involves, whether it hurts, downtime, realistic results, cost and who it isn't suitable for. Each page carried medical review attribution and appropriate schema. Local signals were rebuilt around the clinic's catchment rather than the city as a whole, which is where the winnable intent sat. Internal linking connected related treatments so a patient researching one discovers adjacent options — and the site accumulates topical authority instead of spreading it thin.
