Where they started
The business had genuine local reputation and steady word-of-mouth, but its online presence wasn't converting any of it. The site described the company rather than the rentals, so searches for specific items — a 20x30 tent, 100 folding chairs, a particular table size — found nothing to match. Event rental is also intensely local and seasonal, and the site carried no structure for either: no service-area pages, no occasion pages, and no way for someone planning a wedding in a specific town to see that this company covers it.
What we did
We rebuilt around inventory and occasion rather than company description — pages for the items people search by name and size, and pages for the events they're planning. Service-area coverage was made explicit so a customer can confirm delivery to their town without calling. Seasonal peaks were anticipated in the content calendar so pages rank before demand arrives rather than during it. The quote flow was restructured around event date, guest count and location, which is what the business needs to check availability and price, and what the customer already knows.
