We are an assisted-filing agency, not Trade Marks Registry (IP India). Our fee covers preparation, filing and follow-up on your application. IP India's government fee (currently ₹4,500 per class for individuals/MSME/startups, ₹9,000 per class for others — subject to change by IP India) is separate and paid at actuals.
