- Passport-size photograph of each director / partner
- Latest address proof — bank statement or utility bill, under 2 months old
- Registered office proof — rent agreement + NOC from the owner, or the property's ownership deed
- Details of at least 3 directors and 7 subscribers to the memorandum

Directors e-sign using their Digital Signature Certificate; the forms are filed with the MCA.

Once the Registrar approves the filing, the Certificate of Incorporation is issued with your CIN.

We help you obtain PAN and TAN for the new entity and get a current account opened.
